The first stage of promotion and self-study (November 2-6, 2015)

The second stage of training and improvement (November 9-20, 2015)

Organize the institute leaders in different levels and batches, the heads of party and government departments, departments (offices), offices (offices), OA office system administrators, directors of teaching and research offices, and grass-roots teaching staff to conduct business learning and software operation training.

Phase III Trial operation phase (November 23-December 20, 2015)

During the trial operation phase, the full participation of college leaders, leaders of various departments, persons in charge, and teaching staff should be achieved, and continuous cooperation should be made to reduce the number of times of information transmission such as file transfer and meeting notification using QQ, WeChat and other network software. During the trial operation phase, the documents issued and reported by the academy run in the form of paper file delivery and OA system delivery. Each person is required to log in to the OA system at least twice a day to solve various problems in the trial operation phase.

Phase Four Official Operation Phase (December 21, 2015)

In principle, all office services are required to be completed on the OA office system, reducing traditional paper business processes. All the work that needs to be submitted, to-do, repost, leave form, etc. are submitted to the relevant departments and leaders in the form of electronic documents on time through the OA system. Through the collaborative work function of the OA system, the department heads For approval. Make the daily work process of the college statistics, query, and monitor through the OA platform, and effectively improve the college's work efficiency and management level.

Requirements for advancing work

1. All faculty members of the college should attach great importance to the use of the OA office system, install system software in a timely manner, and seriously self-learn. Actively participate in training according to the college's arrangements to ensure proficiency in the OA office system.

2. During the trial operation, faculty members log in to the OA system at least twice a day (once each morning and afternoon). The OA system construction office of the college will make announcements in a timely manner every day. Individuals and departments that fail to comply with the requirements will be notified of criticism, and the circumstances will be severely punished.

3. After the official operation of the OA office system, formal documents issued by the college and documents submitted by various departments will no longer be transmitted using paper documents (except for special requirements), and transmission on network software such as QQ and WeChat is prohibited.

4. The college OA system construction office is responsible for handling all technical issues to ensure the normal operation of the system.

All departments (departments) and departments (offices) are requested to attach great importance to the use and promotion of the OA office system and arrange special personnel for implementation. The college OA system construction office will supervise the development of this work. The work of the college will be linked to the final assessment of individuals and departments.
